Baked Dijon Salmon

If you are looking for a recipe to make your salmon even more awesome, here is one that my kind friend Maria has shared with me. The recipe is simple yet brilliant:

: salmon fillet (adequate amount), honey (1,5 tbsp), butter (about 1/4 a cup, melted), dijon mustard (3 tbsps), pecan nuts (adequate amount, finely chopped), asparagus (as much as you can afford), salt, pepper.

DO: Preheat oven 200 degrees. Mix separately melted butter, honey, and mustard. Brush the salmon fillet with the honey-mustard mixture, and sprinkle generously with the chopped nuts. Additionally, surround the fish with asparagus, and bake all together until the asparagus is soft. Season with salt and paper according to your taste with rice or salad.
