APPLE PIE

My Dear Friend Kate Pashinova has taught me one simple and fast way to get an apple pie done, and it looks so delicious with its crusty top, it won’t stay long with you once it’s done

TAKE: 4 large eggs, 4 large green apples, 1 cup (or a little less) sugar, 1 and 1/2 cup of flour (we used wholegrain one), and a teaspoon of baking soda (slaked) or baking powder

DO: peel and cut apples in the small bite-size pieces. Beat the eggs nicely. Combine the dry ingredients together and mix a little, then join them with eggs, do not forget soda. As you might know when using soda you have to add drops of lemon juice to it first before mixing it with dough. Bake the pie for 50 min straight under 180 degrees, and do not open the oven even once during the process!

– We believe it goes well with vanilla ice-cream, but we just ate it like that – could not wait!:).. So what should we cook next? –
